Exclusions & Conditions

The proposal defines your scope.

Website descriptions explain what NovoCleaning can provide. The approved proposal defines what is included on a specific project.

Actual service requirements may vary based on project condition, construction phase, accessibility, surface type, site readiness, available utilities, safety conditions, debris volume, residue type, and activity performed by other trades.

Scope & Service Clarification

The services described on this website represent typical NovoCleaning LLC post-construction cleaning capabilities and are provided for general reference only. They are not automatically included in every project and do not constitute a project-specific scope of work.

The approved written proposal or service agreement determines the specific services, areas, quantities, exclusions, access requirements, schedule, and pricing applicable to each project.

Work outside the approved scope

Work outside the approved scope—including additional areas, excessive buildup, specialty residue removal, high-access work, heavy or hazardous debris, exterior services, pressure washing, hauling, disposal fees, or re-cleaning caused by subsequent construction activity—may require separate authorization, scheduling, and pricing.

Surfaces and pre-existing conditions

Cleaning methods are selected with reasonable care based on visible conditions and available information. Pre-existing damage, defective or improperly cured finishes, loose coatings, scratched glass, damaged flooring, unsecured fixtures, or unusually sensitive surfaces should be identified before work begins.

Safety and access

NovoCleaning LLC may pause, limit, or decline work where conditions prevent safe or reasonable access or where performing the requested service could create an unreasonable risk of damage or injury.

Can't find your answer? Call (919)-868-8806 and we'll walk you through it.

Post-construction cleaning is the cleanup that happens after building or renovation work — removing dust, debris, and residue so a space is ready to use, occupy, or hand over.

Final cleaning covers dust removal, HEPA vacuuming, surface cleaning, window and glass residue, floor cleaning, and fixture cleaning.

Rough cleaning removes larger debris and material remnants early on. Final cleaning is the detailed pass — dust, surfaces, floors, fixtures, and glass — done afterward.
